Lilly is so excited to be head coach this summer. This is her third year coaching and she is looking forward to a great season. She has been swimming for the Mutants for as long as she can remember. She will be a sophomore at Michigan State University next fall (go green). A few of her favorite things include The Office, country music, and vacations up north.


After 13 years of swimming for the Mutants, Daniel is now retired from swimming. This is Daniel’s third year coaching for the Park. He has loved being able to bond with swimmers of all ages. Daniel was a member of the Grosse Pointe South Men’s Swimming & Diving team for four years. Daniel is a 2017 graduate of Grosse Pointe South High School. In the fall, Daniel will be a sophomore at the University of Kentucky. He is a Business Administration major on the Pre-Dental track. Daniel loves intramural sports and Kentucky Basketball!


This is Rozzie's second year coaching for the Mutants. She's been swimming on Mutants since she was six and finished her swim career last summer. She graduated from Grosse Pointe South in June and will be attending the University of Michigan, where she plans to study aerospace engineering. When she's not at the pool, Rozzie enjoys sleeping, watching The Office on Netflix, and hanging out with her three cats.


Kathleen joins the Mutant coaching staff for the first time this summer. Kathleen has been a Mutant since the age of 6. At age 8, Kathleen joined the Gators and has been swimming ever since. Kathleen will be a co-captain this fall on the Blue Devils. Kathleen has been a coach for the Special Olympics for the past 4 years. When Kathleen isn't in the pool, she enjoys, running, reading and spending time with family and friends, (which includes her 9 cats). Although this is her last year swimming as a Mutant, Kathleen is very excited to become a coach. Kathleen can't wait to share her love of swimming with all the Mutants.


In the fall, Thomas will attend Michigan State University, a proud tradition in his family. Thomas has been swimming since birth and a member of the Mutants for several years. This will be his 2nd year coaching the Mutants and he loves sharing his joy/knowledge of the sport with the team.


This is Khalib's first year as a Mutant coach. His first swim team was the Mutants and he is so excited to become a coach. Khalib is also a member of the Gators and as a Senior next year will continue to swim for Grosse Pointe South. Khalib is good with children and has coached Special Olympics for three years. When not in the pool, Khalib likes to hang out with his friends and listen to music.
